The office building of SPIC Henan uses air-cooled heat pumps for its air-conditioning system, with fan coils and fresh air units for air supply. The building is equipped with a grid-connected PV power generation system and a solar hot water system. Through energy-saving renovation and control optimization of central air conditioning, fresh air units, fan coil units, smart lighting, water supply, domestic hot water, and PV charging pile monitoring, detailed energy management and monitoring of water, electricity, heat, and other energy consumption and utilization efficiency of the entire building are carried out. A comprehensive smart energy management platform is built to achieve centralized and intelligent control of the building and complete the smart upgrade. The overall system energy saving is 25%, operating costs are reduced by about 20%, and the overall energy consumption of the cold and heat source station system is reduced by about 15%.

The project covers a building area of 180,000 square meters, including 15 buildings, and achieves the goal of overall park energy saving and consumption reduction through integrated multi-energy management and equipment lifecycle management of distributed PVs, central air conditioning, terminal air conditioning units, lighting, elevators, indoor micro-environment, water, electricity, and heating smart monitoring.
