This project adopts high-voltage shore power technology to reduce power transmission losses, lower vessel operating costs, decrease emissions of pollutants such as SO₂, CO, and NOx during port stays, and improve port environmental quality.

The project mainly includes three components: the smart integrated primary and backup dispatch system, the energy management platform, and the video inspection and dynamic environment monitoring system. Through the integration and collaboration of multiple business products, it fully realizes the digital, networked, smart, and visual construction of port operations.
