Chongqing Light Rail Line 3 UPS

The power supply system consists of UPS cabinets and feeder cabinets, adopting a dual-host redundant configuration to provide uninterrupted power for critical subsystems, including communications, signaling, integrated monitoring, environmental monitoring, office automation, access control, automatic fare collection, fire alarm, platform screen doors, emergency lighting, and substation automation.

AC/DC power panels and power integration system for Beijing Metro Line 16

A total of 63 sets of AC/DC power panels and power integration systems were deployed for Beijing Metro Line 16. Supply commenced in 2014, and the entire line was fully operational by the end of 2022. Spanning eight years, the project witnessed the opening of the northern section in 2016 and the central section in 2020. The southern section construction coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic, during which the project team overcame numerous challenges, including epidemic control measures, to successfully complete R&D, production, installation, and commissioning tasks.

Integrated power supply system for Capital Airport Express

As a dedicated line for the 2008 Olympics, the Capital Airport Express introduced the concept of integrated power supply at the request of the client, Beijing Fast Track Co., Ltd.. This approach consolidates various power supplies used in station substations, utilizing shared high-capacity battery banks to provide AC/DC power for critical loads through power conversion devices, ensuring uninterrupted supply during emergencies to maintain system safety. Each station, depot signal building, and parking lot signal building is equipped with one integrated power supply system, primarily consisting of two charging units, two battery banks, and two to three inverter power supplies, with configuration capacities varying according to application scenarios.

Qingdao metro energy-saving retrofit project

Energy-saving retrofits were conducted on the HVAC systems of Qingdao Metro Line 1, Line 3, and the Blue Valley Line, covering 34 metro stations, 89 high-efficiency equipment room energy-saving control systems, and 112 terminal energy-saving control systems. Through the air-water linkage energy-saving control system, intelligent operation and maintenance of HVAC system energy-saving control is achieved.
